Technology is only when effective properly implemented, supported and maintained. Our solutions are customized to provide personalized levels of services, support, and training to ensure that our customers meet their objectives.

Integration Services

We provide our sensors, gateways, and tools as a complete turnkey system or as components. Depending on our customer requirements, SST will provide hardware and software integration services to communicate with existing platforms or networks. Examples include integration with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), CANBus and SCADA networks. For customers who have their own gateways capable of communicating with our sensors, we can provide technical specifications and protocol information. In some cases, we are also able to provide customized hardware such as a UART device.

Custom Development

Our mission is to provide sensor technologies to address operational challenges related to safety and maintenance for industrial and commercial applications. If you have a challenge, we would love to help.

Custom projects include sensor modification, new sensor development, communication protocols, and software interfaces.

Remote Monitoring and Support

We understand that operating a mine, a fleet or a plant is time-consuming and demands much of your attention. Knowing that our sensors are hard at work is reassuring, but it is only effective if dedicated eyes are watching and taking appropriate action.

SST provides on-site monitoring through a server application called a Base Station and Cloud-based serviced called ECMDash. The decision to use an on-site or Cloud-based monitoring is up to our customers based on location, network infrastructure, and internal policies.

Support

Our standard support services are available by email and web during our normal business hours of 8 am – 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Extended support services are available for customers who operate mission-critical environments where access to our technical staff by email, web, and phone are required beyond our normal business hours. These extended services are available on an annual contract based on your specific requirements.
